Everyone starts with an initial meeting with Asari. This is to ensure you have SMART 12 month goals and a 90 Day Plan. This way, we both know what you are looking to achieve.

Accountability

With our weekly sessions, you get support and challenge to keep you moving forward. Plus the accountability to ensure you do what you say you are going to do.

Individual Support

All on the GOLD Programme have access to me as a coach 24/7. All you have to do is call, text or e-mail me. Typically, we discuss staffing issues, cashflow, marketing strategies etc. Some GOLD members pay additionally for structured 121 coaching sessions which helps you move faster towards your goals.

Growth Strategies

As an ActionCOACH, we have access to 100s of great and proven business strategies. We share them at each session plus at your request. Each week, I will ask you to commit to your agreed actions. These can be your suggestions or from the session.

Business Community

You get access to my business community. Not just those on this GOLD Programme but also my other clients. You can also access a wide range of professionals - from trades, solicitors or other trusted business people you may need to grow your business or for your home or family.

Who's this class for?

These virtual live sessions are designed for ambitious business owners looking to make a leap to the next level. Growth results can be as much as double, treble profit or more.

If you are working too many hours 'in' your business and not 'on' your business, this is for you.

What's the time commitment?

These sessions are 1 hour per week, plus a 3 hour Business Planning Session each quarter so you always have a live 90 Day Plan for your business.

We aim to help you to find the time to work towards at least 5 hours per week on your business, if you want serious growth in the next 12 months.

Is there a guaranteed?

Yes, if you include at least bi-weekly 121 coaching. Our 121 business coaching programmes come with a 6 months, money back guarantee. Just ask for all the details.

No, if you only attend the group sessions. We cannot guarantee results without having personal 121 input but please ask my other clients for their experiences of group coaching.

Do you offer 1:1 Coaching?

YES! I recommend we have a short call to discuss your options. Supplementing these sessions with 121 coaching will maximise your chances and speed of success.
