What is GrowthCLUB?

GrowthCLUB is a Business Planning Day, facilitated by Asari St.Hill, an experienced Business Growth Expert and ActionCOACH

It is an opportunity to stop working "in" your business and to work "on" your business. We usually start by reviewing the last quarter - successes, what worked well and what not so well. Then we share how to develop your own business 
blueprint - The E-Myth, the Cashflow Quadrant, how to turn your dreams into goals, plans and actions. We then give you a structure to review your business in detail and consider the goals you want to set for Q2 of 2024.

We use to share lunch together and spend the afternoon working on the specific strategies you want to implement in your business, finishing with your Q2 Goals and your own 90 Day Plan.

What's the agenda for the day?

This is a Q2 Business Planning Day. Existing clients and new participants have the opportunity to get quality time to review your business performance and plan for the next 3 months. The session is very interactive & you will have plenty of time to discuss your challenges and learn from other businesses. Every participant will leave with their own Business Planning Booklet and your own Q2 goals and a practical 1 Page 90 Day Plan.

Can I bring my partner or fellow director?

Absolutely yes! We want you to get the most from the day so having a colleague with you improves the quality of your review. So your collegue can attend for free.

Do I need to bring someone?

No! You will have plenty of like minded business owners to bounce ideas off and Asari will facilitate the drafting of your strategies and your plan.

What should I bring?

A good pen, open mind and a big smile. Well seriously, also bring any draft plan or goals you made earlier this year or last year. Any stats on financials or performance - leads, conversion rates, ave spend per client, margins etc. We'll give you your own workbook to go through and take-away.

What do I get?

World class strategies that you can adapt to your business. You get time to relect and plan. A key part of growing a successful business. You leave with your own practical 90 Day Plan, on 1 page so you can refer to it daily.

Is there any preperation?


I would recommend you start to make notes about your current goals and initial thoughts about your next goals. The more you prepare the better use of the day but if you are too busy there is loads of time on the day to reflect and develop new goals.
