GrowthCLUB is a Business Planning Day, facilitated by Asari St.Hill, a Multi Award Winning ActionCOACH & Trainer.
It is an opportunity to stop working "in" your business and to work "on" your business. We usually start by reviewing the last quarter - successes, what worked well and what not so well. Then we share how to develop your own business blueprint - The E-Myth, the Cashflow Quadrant, how to turn your dreams into goals, plans and actions. We then give you a structure to review your business in detail and consider the goals you want to set for the next 3 months.
We use to share lunch together and spend the afternoon working on the specific strategies you want to implement in your business, finishing with your 90 Day Goals and your own 90 Day Plan.

This is an Q2 Business Planning Session. Existing clients and new participants have the opportunity to get quality time to review your business performance and plan for the next 12 months. The session is very interactive & you will have plenty of time to discuss your challenges and learn from other businesses.
