I have 40 years of experience in advancing equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) in organisations across the public, private and voluntary sectors.
I also won an award as the ActionCOACH EMEA Executive Coach of the Year 2025.
I deliver a wide range of training programmes for staff and managers; supporting the development of EDI strategies and action plans; plus coaching of senior leadership teams and even supporting Boards or Trustees.
